REVIEW OF PILOT DEATH

Rick COOK

Flt. Lt. Rick COOK was killed on active service whilst flying ZD 576, a RAF Mk2 Chinook. This tragic crash on the Mull of Kintyre on the 2nd June 1994 cost the lives of his three fellow crew members and all twenty five passengers. There were no survivors nor witnesses.
